Cancelation Policy
Unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life and to be effective and fair to all clients, please note the following policies:

24 hour advance notice is appreciated when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give a 24 hours advance notice please call 607-793-3936 as soon as possible to avoid your account from being labeled as "no-show". This will avoid any future appointment requests from potential denial.

No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason without notification before appointment time to Gypsy Rose Massage will be considered a “no-show.”  Please note: Gypsy Rose Massage reserves the right to deny appointment requests to those who have been considered a "no-show" with previous scheduling. 

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate appointments tht may follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
